Massimo Giussani, Chief Design Officer at IDD, brings over 30+ years of experience in the fashion and footwear industry, having worked with leading international brands such as
Valentino, Fred Perry, Miguel Ibars, Mila Schön, Belvest, M. Missoni, Fratelli Rossetti, Nina Ricci, Zegna and Henry Beguelin
Since 2021, he leads a creative team of 70 talents at IDD and guides brand interpretation across a wide portfolio of international clients. Massimo also strongly encouraged the creation of an Academy area for young talents.
